2.2 Leveling machine

The feeding end of the leveling machine is equipped with a pair of guiding flat rollers and two pairs of guiding vertical rollers. The guiding vertical rollers can move in the center and at the same time. Handwheel adjustment, with scale, convenient for centering.
The front and back of the leveling machine are equipped with lead-through bridge devices. A live photoelectric signal is set between the leveling machine and the feeder, and a feedback signal is sent to the control system. The control system sends instructions to the variable frequency motor to change the speed to control the storage capacity of the material belt in the storage area to achieve the goal of uninterrupted leveling.
