Overview of equipment structure:
This production line can produce cable trays. Different specifications can be completed by replacing the die. The roll bending machine adopts a combined adjustable type. A set of rolls can complete all specifications of the tray products, and the specification changes can be automatically adjusted.
Equipment performance
1. According to the production needs, a variety of cable trays with a strip width of 100mm≤§≤860mm can be rolled.
2. Production speed during online punching: 2.5-5m/min.
3. Continuous molding speed of molding equipment: 10-15 meters/min.
4. Board material thickness: 1-2.5mm.
5. Material requirements: low carbon steel, galvanized steel strip coil.
6. The production line is divided into automatic and manual operation modes, which can realize linkage and segmented operation.
